Ergonomics and Safety - A Managers Awareness Course
Overview
Using an Ergonomic approach to highlight the root cause of many accidents and incidents, (95% of which are claimed to be attributable to human error) a high level of delegate participation is encouraged in this interactive course. Adapted to cover relevant areas of interest within individual industry types, both regulatory and practical areas of advice are provided. Using slide show, video and practical exercises, demonstrations of mismatches between humans and their environment are highlighted. Practical advice and guidance on job, workstation, equipment, environment and posture design is provided.
