Overview
Conducted with a high level of delegate participation, this course is ideal for those individuals who perform manual handling activities on a regular basis. Beginning with overviews of poor handling techniques, the course provides solutions for resolving these problems. An ergonomic approach enables handlers to understand the ‘bigger picture’ to make better decisions when handling loads. Individuals will be introduced to safe methods for lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and supporting loads.
